Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of relevant HR experience
• Experience with hourly populations and employee relations
• Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree is preferred
• HR experience supporting hourly populations in a fast-paced Operations or Manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to sustain HR and people programs during times of change
• Hands-on leader who is continually and deeply engaged in the business to understand the current and future talent needs and to be able to provide insight on the health of the organization
• Has a data driven approach with strong analytics and the ability to create the right people metrics and implement solutions to drive positive change
• Possesses a mix of intellectual curiosity, creative thinking and pragmatism
• The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while continually moving initiatives forward.
• Must be able to interface at executive levels of the organization.
• Excellent organization and interpersonal skills.
