7 to 10 years experience in HR Operations.
Experience working for oil and gas companies, preferably international companies.
Track record in working with hiring/line managers.
Good leadership skills.
Familiar with UAE labour law and local HR practices.
Education
Degree in HRM or Business or similar
CIPD or any other industry recognised qualifications will be value-add
