Requirements:

• At least three years of experience in the IT HR sphere;
• Ability to drive the entire cycle of the recruitment process;
• Has good knowledge of staff adaptation development and motivation;
• Able to prioritize quickly and accurately in a multitasking regime;
• Has experience in corporate culture building;
• High level of organization skills;
• UpperIntermediate English level;

Responsibilities:

• Being responsible for administrative support of all employees ;
• Organizing social and corporate events;
• Recruiting and interviewing applicants;
• Employee onboarding development and training;
• Develop and implement HR policies procedures compensation and benefits plans;
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues rules and regulations;
• Monitoring of working hours vacations and other related events;
• IDP process (Performance Appraisal);
• Company branding development;
