• Develop and implement a plan for the maintenance and care of plants, trees, and shrubs
• Monitor the health of plants, trees, and shrubs, and take appropriate steps to ensure they are healthy and thriving
• Identify and address any pest problems, such as insects, weeds, and diseases
• Prune plants, trees, and shrubs to maintain their health and to control their growth
• Plant and transplant trees, shrubs, and other plants
• Monitor soil conditions and apply fertilizers and other soil amendments as needed
• Provide advice on the selection and care of plants, trees, and shrubs
• Maintain records of plant care activities
• Inspect and maintain irrigation systems
• Ensure the safety of the horticultural site and its visitors

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Plant Science, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in horticulture (specially Mango)
• Knowledge of plant biology, soil science, and pest management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects
• Knowledge of safety protocols
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
