- Conceptualization and Visualization:
- Lead the conceptualization of water feature designs, considering the aesthetic appeal, functionality, and integration with the overall project.
- Utilize design software, hand sketches, and other tools to visually communicate design concepts to clients and project stakeholders.
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Middle East market.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, landscape designers, and engineers, to integrate water features seamlessly into project plans.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of design concepts with project objectives.
- Innovation and Trends:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative design concepts related to water features.
- Integrate sustainable and eco-friendly design principles into water feature concepts.
- Team Management:
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of water feature designers.
- Foster a collaborative and creative work environment that encourages the development of unique and groundbreaking designs.
