Graphic Designer Intern - Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group

An ideal candidate must have education in graphic design or similar design related certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist the production of the hotels internal and external collaterals as per the brands standards.
• Assist in general design requests artworking and daytoday design needs.
• Update and maintain databases of designs photography and video assets.
• Support by working on marketing materials including but not limited to digital and print media collateral touchpoints and presentations.
• Maintain the inventory and ordering of collaterals and design kits.
• Support departments with photo or video shoots
• Allocate time and resources effectively
• Communicate internally with concerned parties to determine layout designs and implementation procedures.
• Be energetic enthusiastic resourceful helpful and passionate to exceed expectations.

Requirements:

• Education in graphic design or similar design related certification.
• Basic functional knowledge of Adobe Illustrator InDesign and Photoshop.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and an ability to understand design requirements with ease.
• Portfolio of work ready to share.
