Job Description

- Conduct thorough medical evaluations and physical examinations of patients.
- Diagnose and treat illnesses, injuries, and other health conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patients' medical history, symptoms, and diagnostic test results.
- Prescribe medications, therapies, and other appropriate interventions.
- Provide counseling and education to patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and treatment options.
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Coordinate care with specialists, healthcare professionals, and community resources as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for each patient.
- Adhere to professional and ethical standards of practice, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in continuing medical education activities to stay current with developments in the field.
