Field Service Technician

• Conduct thorough troubleshooting, testing, repair, and commissioning of a wide range of industrial package equipment, ensuring their peak performance and reliability.
• Apply your electrical and mechanical expertise to efficiently diagnose and fix issues in PLC systems, control systems, and various industrial components such as instrumentation, motors, and pumps.
• Collaborate effectively with engineering and maintenance teams to drive equipment optimization and efficiency enhancements.
• Undertake regular preventive maintenance to reduce equipment downtime and prolong life span.
• Accurately read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams and P&ID for effective troubleshooting and repairs.
• Deliver exemplary technical support and advice to both customers and internal teams.
• Consistently adhere to stringent safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
  

Requirements- A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Proven experience in electrical or mechanical roles, with a strong focus on troubleshooting, testing, repair, and commissioning of various industrial package equipment.
• Solid understanding of PLC systems and control system logic.
• Experience with process heating equipment is advantageous.
• Proficiency in interpreting electrical wiring diagrams and P&IDs.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a high-paced setting.
• Flexibility for global travel to customer sites as required.
