Job Description

- Manage day to day operations of the facilities maintenance team and the appointed Service Providers. Ensure optimal usage of manpower resources.
- Coordinate with Service Providers /contractors for the operation & projects.
- Responds to all reactive maintenance within the specified service level agreements and operational policies.
- Inspect planned maintenance activities and ensure service delivery in accordance with defined contractual levels.
- Coordinate with Service Providers on for carrying out all the required activities for respective facilities and assets.
- Ensure all the maintenance team & the Service Provider activities are captured in the CAFM and any other defined systems.
- Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate departmental statements and reports to meet department requirements, policies, and standards.
