- Professional certification or license in facilities management or engineering.
- Proven experience with a minimum of 4 years of experience as FM Coordinator / FM Admin / Facilities management coordinator in Soft facilities management.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise and motivate a diverse team.
- Experience working in Retail, Hospitality, Aviation, Commercial property management and F&B.
- Familiarity with sustainable practices and energy efficient technologies.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to maintenance and operational challenges.
- Notions of computer-aided facility management (CAFM) software and Microsoft Office Suite user.
- Knowledge of local regulations, codes, and safety standards related to facilities management.
- Effective communication skills in English with the ability to collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders.
