- Bachelor / Higher diploma of Engineering from an accredited College or University.
- Cost Estimator certificate is an added advantage.
- 10 to 15 years of experience through multiple function and assignments in engineering, procurement, and estimation activities, OR comparable estimation related experience in other functions/companies.
- Prior experience of working with EPC Contractors / Operating Company / Engineering consultants.
- Working knowledge of multi-discipline engineering is highly desired.
- Prior working experience in MENA region & UAE is a must.
- Ability of preparing BoQ from multidiscipline drawing / RFT.
- Knowledge of cost of engineering, construction manhours, cost of bulk, construction cost is must.
- Strong collaborator with excellent written and oral communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skill.
- Proficiency in English.
