* Help the business user to articulate their business requirements in a structured manner.
* Translate these business objectives into an architectural approach and solution, in term of:
1. Business and process architecture
2. Technology architecture (application, infrastructure and security)
* Define practical roadmap considering business, technical and delivery constraints
* Identify operations impact of the solution and liaise with operations to define the appropriate operating model
