Roles and Responsibilities:
Carry out energy modelling services using IES, eQUEST, or any energy modeling software;
Carry out daylighting / thermal comfort modelling;
Member of the Sustainability team;
Participate as a team leader in carrying out specific global and local projects, such as sustainable building projects, operational efficiency, etc.;
Manage the green building design and LEED/Estidama documentation process as well as project specifications, calculations, plans and submittals for LEED/Estidama compliance;
Quality control and review of reports;
Business Development Support;
Support the company in its rapid growth plans;
Site and Office Based Consultancy;
Coordinate with/support contractors including
