Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone/email; answering or referring to inquiries.
- Directs visitors by maintaining a thorough knowledge of the mall services, amenities/facilities, store locations, and promotional activities
- Maintains a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct extension numbers
- Be fully aware of the mall’s Emergency Organization and Response Procedures and maintain a clear understanding of Customer service roles and areas of responsibilities - Actively promote promotional activities to all customers – in person and on the PA system if required
- Conduct all services and administrative functions of the Customer Service desk and tenant in-mall advertising (monitoring of late opening shops)
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues and direct unresolved / written complaints to Property Manager.
- Keep records of wheelchair logs and make sure that it is returned
