Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and resultdriven Director of Facilities Management Consultancy. You will be responsible for business development client relationship management and maintaining the highest standards of service delivery to clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic plans that outline short and long term goals
  • Produce comprehensive reports on client needs developments and future operational requirements
  • Ensure assignments and instructions are completed on time with adherence to companys standard
  • Foster positive relationships with team members stakeholders and clients
  • Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations for team members
  • Collaborate with other teams on the preparation submission of RFPs proposals and presentation
  • Provide guidance to clients in formulating facility management strategies
  • Prepare professional Technical Management and Operational submissions on projects and master planned developments on behalf of clients
  • Develop and manage budgets and financial projections
  • Forecast revenue streams based on historical performance client pipeline and market conditions
  • Prepare regular financial reports and presentations
  • Establish pricing strategies key financial performance metrics and ensure financial goals are met
  • Identify opportunities to crosssell services
  • Maintain organized business development pipeline tracking leads prospects and active projects
  • Participate in industry events conferences seminars and associations
  • Stay abreast of market trends economic data and emerging opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Facilities Management or in a relevant discipline
  • Accreditation or membership in relevant industry bodies is advantageous
  • Extensive knowledge of the RICS Code of Conduct RICS International Property Measurement Standards and local and national market
  • Proficient in using MS Office and relevant software
  • Excellent communication technical writing leadership and administration skills
  • Strong numerical and analytical abilities
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Able to travel within the GCC region on required basis
