- Develop and execute a marketing technology tech strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of marketing technology platforms, including CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and IT, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of marketing technology initiatives, processes and workflows.
- Define and implement processes for lead management, lead scoring, and lead nurturing and integration into sales to optimize conversion rates and accelerate sales cycles.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing technology initiatives, and provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders.
- Oversee the management of budgets, staffing, and other resources to ensure efficient execution of marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the reporting, managing systems, and programme management of key projects, and drive better efficiencies within our marketing organisation
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization throughout the marketing function including the Procurement processes
