Roles and Responsibilities
Provide daily administration & support on all aspects of SAP Basis, including ECC6 EHP8, EP Portal, VIM/OTAS, PI, BI and BW on HANA, MII on HANA.
Evaluate, install, configure, deploy SAP applications, systems software, products, or enhancements to existing applications
Plan and apply patches and upgrades on regular basis, as required.
Collaborate with analysts, designers, and system owners in the testing of SAP software programs and applications.
Maintain SAP performance by planning and executing SAP tuning strategies, performs daily administration, monitoring and troubleshooting of the SAP system.
Integrate SAP functional modules, SAP Basis (including SAP PI/XI, SAP Middleware systems MII, SAP Business Connector, SAP Archival, SAP Solution Manager and Enterprise Portal components) and third-party interfacing systems.
Coordinate and conduct regular attestation reviews as per policies and procedures.
Manages projects when required.
Ensure SOPs are in place and remain relevant.
Define, develop architectural & setup standards and implementation guide to meet business needs globally.
Develop and maintain system documentation for all SAP instances and interfaces.
Job Requirements
Technical know-how and experience in IT solutions such as (but not limited to) and at least operated in more than one of the followings: -
o Experience in managing and support the following applications/systems would be required Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems, Linux based Operating Systems, SAP Basis, SAP Middleware MII, SAP Archival systems, SAP SQL and HANA, SAP BW and SAP BI.
o Certifications such as Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Linux, SAP Basis, SAP HANA, and ITIL V4 will be an added advantage.
At least 5 year experience administrating SAP applications (i.e. SAP Basis, Middleware, Archival, ERP, BW, HANA, etc).
Independent worker with initiatives, resourceful, positive attitude, friendly deposition, and team player.
Good analytical skills and attention to details.
Good verbal and written communication.
Willing to work remotely with Singapore team (which may require to follow Singapore time zone occasionally), and able to work on weekends at times.
