Responsibilities:
• Develop, in liaison with the PD team, a schedule for periodic policy reviews and implementation – adapt to reflect changing priorities and in alignment with DP World.
• Liaise with the DDW Business Excellence team in publishing the approved policies in Corporate Connexions (Intranet).
• Ensure all requested system changes are in full compliance with DDW Policies, industry standards and best practices prior to taking them up with IT Teams.
• Raise employee’s awareness of DDW Policies using various means including physical and virtual sessions, video recordings, memos, etc.
• Support Section Head in translating business requirements to effective HR practices, delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives.
• Collaborate with People Department team to identify needed improvements and enhancements to existing PD Systems and processes.
• Identify the reporting requirements of all the PD Functions and work with IT teams in the development of new reports and enhancement of existing reports to facilitate
• effective decision-making by the management.
• Manage permissions and access privileges to all PD systems. Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements by developing procedures for assigning access to PD systems on a need-to-know basis and in line with employee roles.
