As the Compliance Lawyer you will have the following responsibilities:
- Assisting with AML and compliance training for fee earners, partners and members of staff;
- providing legal advice to partners about AML and local laws which apply
- staying up to date with changes in law and assisting in reviewing policies and procedures
- ongoing monitoring of the CDD records
- Providing the firm with advise about SRA regulations
- engaging in other ad hoc compliance projects
- Client Advisory work
