" _Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer programming, Computer science or a similar with an associate degree in web design or related field Total 12+ years of professional experience in the related field out of which 5+ years of leadership experience of leading a large graphics design team.

" Good working knowledge to write code for websites using programming languages such as HTML, HTMLS, CSS. XML and JavaScript.

" Excellent technical skills in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Animate, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

" knowledge of multimedia publishing tools, such as Flash. Strong animation skills with proficient knowledge of Google Web Designer and Adobe Animate CC

"Must be familiar with database technologies, including PHP and SQL. Excellent knowledge and experience in relational databases, Oracle, MS SQL, others.

"Experience in developing voluminous, complex and high traffic websites/portals, mobile applications and allied services.

" Fluency in English and Arabic languages (verbal, reading & writing)

" Working experience in specialist IT companies such as IT consultancies, large enterprise IT service providers, internet providers, media houses, large Public/Private sector organizations that use enterprise IT software, systems and equipment.

" Experience in development of distributed/scalable systems and high-volume transaction applications.

" Experience with PMI/Scrum/Agile development methodologies.
