Requirements:
* Preferably a qualified lawyer in the jurisdiction.
* 3-5 years of post-qualification experience, either in an in-house commercial capacity or within a reputable law firm.
* Expertise in commercial law topics such as sales, procurement, competition law, tort, and corporate law.
* Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, along with the capacity to work independently and lead negotiations.
* Prior experience in the technology or manufacturing sector would be advantageous.
