- Supervise and lead a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and other personnel on-site.
- Ensure that all construction activities comply with company policies, safety regulations, and local building codes.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement construction plans and schedules.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to project specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Keep accurate records of daily activities, including work progress, manpower, and equipment usage.
