- Minimum: 12 years of relevant experience in missile design and initial system design. In-depth knowledge of aerodynamics, guidance navigation and control systems, and artificial intelligence as applied to missile technology.
- Preferred: 15+ years of experience. Extensive experience in leading and managing technical teams in missile design. Demonstrated track record of successful project execution and client satisfaction.
- Minimum: Masters’ degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Preferred: Master's or Ph.D. in Engineering.
