Job Description

- Greet the guest with a genuine smile and ask how to assist them
- Provides personalized service to a guest
- Create a conversation with the guest to know their needs and how to assist them
- Monitor the cleanliness of the lobby and forecourt of the hotel
- Assist guest with their luggage from the door up to the room
- Inform the guest about the facilities they have in the room, timing of the Health club and F&B outlets
- Answers any queries of the guest through e-mail
- Handle s guest complaints.
- Communicate with the Sales department whenever there is a group that needs special requirements.
Requirements
- Post Secondary Education or relevant qualifications in Hotel Management
- Minimum 2 years Guest Relations experience, preferably in a four or five star hotel
- Applicants should be in UAE to attend personal interview with Hotel Management
