Your mission at Yellow:

• Oversee day-to-day operations.
• Design strategy and set goals for growth.
• Maintain budgets and optimize expenses.
• Set policies and processes.
• Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally.
• Oversee recruitment and training of new employees.
• Transparency in financial turnover, clear reporting, expenses optimization, cost control
• Standards development (Customer s service & Happiness)
• Clear and tight cooperation with the marketing department to clarify the vision of the marketing/event direction.

Qualifications and Special Requirements

• Strong proved experience in managing hospitality/tourism/commercial real estate fields as a General Manager.
• Strong understanding of business-sales-marketing bounds.
• Good knowledge of Thai Labor/Business laws
• Ability to think strategically and applicate the strategy.
• Business/Marketing/Hospitality degree.
• Advanced English level.
• Decent level of Thai.

Would be a big plus:

• Good understanding of the crypto & blockchain domain.
