About the Role:
- Perform general data entry using MYOB & Buildxact
- Ensure data synced to MYOB from Buildxact is accurate
- Meet established quotas for entry and quality checking consistently
- Ensure account balances
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output
- Auditing Job P&L reports for accuracy
- Importing / Exporting data from sm8 to MYOB
- Preparation of retail reports for the operations team using excel and sm8 exports
- Other Ad hoc duties as required
Requirements
- Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Specialist or Data Entry Clerk
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data programs
- Experience with MYOB, Buildxact or any accounting system is a plus
- Familiarity with administrative duties
- Excellent Typing speed and accuracy
- Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
- Attention to detail
- Confidentiality
- Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
- A high degree of attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
