What's On Your Plate?

• Supervise the operation to ensure food safety practices are in place.
• Oversee the application, orientation, and training of new kitchen team members.
• Supervise KOT’s and dispatch high loads of orders while communicating with riders and vendors.
• Supervise customers complaints and communicate with the restaurant support team to resolve orders issues.
• Conduct daily audits & checklists in collaboration with the kitchen manager and other kitchen team members.
• Supervise rider’s behaviour and communicate with logistics team to resolve issues.
• Monitor efficiency in order dispatch, order quality and packaging standards.
  

What Did We Order?

Must have

• 2+ years in Kitchen management
• Familiarity with a broad range of kitchen equipment and general facilities management
• Microsoft Office: Word, Excel,
• Strong communication skills.
• Open to feedback and personal and professional improvement
• Demonstrates punctuality, reliability, and sound judgement
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  

Nice to have

• Emerging expertise in cloud kitchens
  

Qualifications/certifications

• HAACP certification
• QC food safety training or degree preferred
