Assistant Manager Cross Border Propositions

Job Purpose:

• Develop product strategy and product development roadmap across the target market, determines the end-to-end delivery strategy, manages the product launch, and works with sales to market the product.
• Own and manage a multiyear product development roadmap and collaborate with internal support partners to complete the necessary diligence, documentation, and testing to expand our cross-border proposition and payments footprint.
• Establish new FI and/or vendor relationships that will give the bank the ability to increase our functionality and remain competitive in the industry.
• Own and supervise direct sales teams for different cross-border corridors and ensure all support is provided to achieve sales targets.
• Launch and drive marketing campaigns to create awareness of remittance and cross-border propositions. Review and report business status, effectiveness of the marketing campaigns and business plans periodically.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and audit requirements.
• Identify avenues for digitizing and improving customer journeys.
• Develop and deliver training programs and coach sales teams.

Person Specification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or any related field.
• +3 years of experience.
