Business Analyst/Customer Analyst
Mumbai, India (Location can be discussed)
SKILLS SET:
4-6 Years of experience as an Analyst/ Consultant
Work closely with business stakeholders, gather complete requirements loop in back to delivery team
Familiarity with basic Statistical / Machine Learning Concepts
Ability to engage with mid-level business stakeholders to understand business requirements
Communicate important information and insights to business and make recommendations to adapt existing business strategies
Strong documentation skills with command over Excel, Word and Power Point
Stakeholder expectation Management, Project Scope & Delivery
Collaborating with cross functional / different teams
Good to have:
- Domain knowledge of Sales & Marketing
- Experience in Data Visualization
- Knowledge / Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketing analytics tools, etc
QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor of Engineering, MBA, MCA from good Institute
Good to have: Certification as a Business Analyst
