Produce and maintain a master project schedule, including all current information and progress updates.
Charge the cost of the master schedule according to the cost plan in the contract; Prepare and present cash flow forecasts; Review the contractor's approved cash flow and provide any necessary adjustments.
Monitor progress against intermediate payments, identifying those elements of work that advance or delay the baseline cash flow estimate.
Review/comment on contractor/consultant base schedules and other schedules and report to the Controlling Manager.
Continuously review and monitor, in accordance with approved schedules, the contractor's major construction progress and ensure availability of equipment and manpower or, in the event of shortages, report to the Control Manager.
Review detailed recovery schedules as submitted by contractors and ensure manpower and site supervision crew are properly augmented.
Regular visits to project sites to check whether progress of work on site complies with approved timescales, reports progress, key objectives have been achieved and reports defects to the Construction Manager.
Review all daily, weekly and monthly reports submitted by the contractor and report any deficiency or non-compliance to the Control Manager.
Review any time impact claim submitted by the contractor and report his assessment to the Control Manager.
Review field design changes and direction notices and evaluate time impact, if any.
Inform the Construction Manager of any anticipated delay in progress and take corrective action.
Attend weekly progress meetings, monthly leadership meetings and participate in agenda preparation.
Full Time
