Job Description
Position: Hotel Contracting Manager
Location: Dubai UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pegas Touristik LLC a leading outbound tour operator based in Dubai is seeking a Hotel Contracting Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing competitive rates building strong supplier networks and enhancing our global hotel offerings.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate rates contracts and exclusive deals with hotels and DMCs
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with hotel partners
- Conduct market analysis to identify new hotel partners and destinations
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure product quality and competitiveness
- Monitor performance and resolve contract-related issues promptly
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel contracting (preferably outbound/GCC markets)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of global travel destinations and hotel chains
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contracting tools
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Based in UAE or open to relocation
