You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailA leading business services provider in the UAE is seeking an experienced Virtual Office & Coworking (VO&CW) Manager to lead its growth in the dynamic workspace sector. This role plays a key part in driving occupancy expanding offerings and strengthening client relationships with a strong focus on sales marketing and business development.
Role Overview
The VO&CW Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract new clients retain existing members and grow revenue. This includes managing offerings such as virtual office services coworking spaces hot desks dedicated desks day offices day passes business setup and trade license services. The role requires strong market knowledge proactive client engagement and the ability to develop strategic partnerships to enhance brand presence and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Achieve business targets by proactively identifying and securing new VO&CW clients through networking outreach cold calling and advertising.
Develop and nurture lead and referral channels with strategic partners and industry networks.
Target international clients seeking to establish operations in the UAE and develop tailored service solutions.
Conduct business development activities to grow trade license sales including upselling related government and immigration support services.
Serve as the subject matter expert on UAE corporate and regulatory requirements.
Manage inquiries arrange tours and deliver client proposals tailored to business needs.
Maintain strong sales activity and pipeline management to meet or exceed targets.
Build relationships with brokers agencies chambers of commerce and professional networks to generate opportunities.
Strategic Planning & Market Insight
Manage VO&CW offerings and collaborate with leadership to develop growth strategies.
Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities.
Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote services and strengthen brand presence.
Participate in industry events to establish visibility and build networks.
Monitor competitor activity and pricing strategies preparing reports on market insights and revenue forecasts.
Member Experience & Relationship Management
Foster strong relationships with members and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Work with internal teams to deliver seamless pre-sales and after-sales support.
Represent the company at networking events to promote services.
Prepare engaging presentations proposals and quotations for prospective members.
Requirements
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in business development or sales preferably within coworking serviced offices or corporate service provision.
Strong knowledge of the UAE business landscape including licensing and registration processes.
Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Strategic thinker with a proven ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
Must have the legal right to work in the UAE.
