Ontime Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and talented Female Barista for an immediate joining opportunity. As a Barista you will play a crucial role in creating a warm inviting atmosphere and serving freshly brewed coffee and beverages to our clients and staff with precision and care.
Responsibilities
- Skillfully prepare and serve a diverse range of coffee drinks teas and other beverages
- Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging actively with clients and accommodating their orders
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee preparation area and seating locations
- Oversee inventory and supplies related to coffee and beverages restocking when necessary
- Stay informed about the latest coffee trends and preparation techniques to enhance service quality
- Observe food safety and hygiene standards to ensure the quality of products served
- Assist with food preparation and serving when needed
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Barista or in a related customer service position is preferred
- Knowledge of coffee preparation methods and types of coffee
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong focus on customer service with a positive and friendly attitude
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail especially regarding cleanliness and hygiene
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
