Job Description
Moonbox is seeking a highly creative and experienced Video Production Lead to oversee the production of captivating video content that reflects our clients brand identities and delivers impactful visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with creative teams including designers copywriters and account managers to brainstorm and refine ideas.
Plan and manage the end-to-end video production process ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
Assign tasks monitor progress and ensure high-quality standards across all outputs.
Oversee on-location and in-studio shoots managing equipment lighting and sound setups.
Ensure all deliverables meet Moonboxs quality benchmarks and client specifications.
Present concepts updates and final outputs to clients incorporating feedback as necessary.
Stay updated on industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in video production and branding.
Requirements
5 years proven experience in video production preferably within a branding or creative agency.
Strong portfolio showcasing diverse video projects including branding campaigns.
Proficiency in video production software ( Premiere Pro After Effects Final Cut Pro)
Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
In-depth understanding of visual storytelling cinematography and post-production techniques.
Familiarity with video marketing trends social media platforms and audience engagement strategies.
