Job Summary (List Format):
- Oversee and manage daily operations of the service department and workshop.
- Supervise and support a team of service technicians ensuring quality and safety standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer network providing training and support.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with the workshop manager on scheduling training and technician performance.
- Collaborate with the sales department by providing technical advice and assistance.
- Participate in company meetings and prepare regular reports on service department performance.
- Require a Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering (or related field) and Mercury certification.
- Need minimum 5 years experience in marine industry service management.
- Demonstrate strong leadership communication organizational and technical skills.
- Must be proficient with outboard/inboard engines and computer systems.
