Major Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand strategies to establish and grow dealerships in the UAE.
- Maintain brand guidelines aligned with the manufacturer to ensure consistent messaging and showroom branding.
- Serve as the liaison between dealership and manufacturer adapting global brand direction to local market needs.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and customer preferences particularly for EV adoption.
- Coordinate the launch of new EV models through planning and organizing showroom activities and events.
- Collaborate with sales after-sales and finance teams to align brand initiatives with dealership goals.
- Monitor entire lead generation progress on all platforms of digital and social media efforts to support brand presence and lead conversions.
- Designing and executing comprehensive sales campaigns with a strategic focus on continuously monitoring and analysing competitors’ sales activities and initiatives to ensure a competitive advantage in the market.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in brand management or marketing preferably in automotive or EV sector.
- Proven track record of launching new automotive brands/models and executing successful campaigns.
- knowledge of EV market trends and Chinese automotive brands would be an advantage.
- Experience managing budgets ROI and dealership marketing activities.
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic and other languages would be an added advantage.
