The ideal candidate will oversee the hotels HR operations drive employee engagement initiatives and ensure smooth HR processes to support a high-performing hospitality team.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job posting interviewing and onboarding new hires
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organizations goals
- Support employee relations and address employee inquiries or concerns
- Oversee performance appraisal processes and employee development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Maintain HR records and generate reports for management
- Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills
Requirements - Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR role preferably as a manager
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and relevant labor laws
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in HR management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
- Proactive and able to work both independently and in a team
