DescriptionOntime Group is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO who will play a critical role in supporting the executive teams operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the CEOs schedule coordinating communications and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure efficient organizational processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the CEOs calendar including scheduling appointments and prioritizing meetings
- Prepare meeting agendas take minutes and follow up on action items
- Handle correspondence on behalf of the CEO including emails phone calls and other communications
- Conduct research and compile reports as required to support decision-making
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for the CEO
- Assist with project management and track progress on various initiatives
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams as well as external partners
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
Requirements - Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office productivity tools
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
