Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed 3D BIM models of interior design concepts and layouts during the design phase.
- Create and refine design elements including floor plans elevations sections and interior details.
- Translate design intent accurately into BIM models in coordination with the design team.
- Model interior elements such as walls furniture fixtures finishes and materials with precision.
- Coordinate with architects designers and consultants to ensure seamless integration across disciplines.
- Resolve design conflicts by providing BIM-driven solutions during the design stage.
- Generate and maintain accurate drawings schedules and technical documentation from BIM models.
- Support client presentations and design reviews with visualizations and model updates.
- Ensure adherence to project standards specifications and best practices in BIM workflows.
- Maintain structured and organized models reflecting the latest design updates and revisions.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Architecture Interior Design or related field.
- Minimum 5 years as a BIM Modeler in Interior Design/Architecture with at least 2 years in a UAE-based design consultancy.
- Strong consultancy background with a focus on the design stage of projects.
- Proven expertise in developing BIM models and design drawings for commercial residential retail or hospitality interiors.
- Proficiency in Revit (mandatory); knowledge of AutoCAD Navisworks.
- Strong knowledge of design principles construction techniques and spatial planning.
- Familiarity with UAE building codes regulations and design standards.
- Ability to identify design issues early and provide practical BIM-based solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with interdisciplinary teams.
- Strong attention to detail accuracy and ability to deliver within project timelines.
- Available immediately to join.
