Network Support Senior SpecTo understand the Customers organizational structures and become familiar with the Customers network implementation support processes and procedures to help in designing a network that is highly available and sustainable.

To perform patch and software upgrade on the security devices and to ensure that they are implemented and functioning correctly.

To troubleshoot equipment and network problems and to open tickets to vendors Cisco Palo Alto etc. through to problem resolution.

To raise equipment Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) and to track these through to problem resolution.

Work on developing network optimization and configuration reviews

To hold technology workshops with the Customers to discuss equipment and network problems and to provide case status updates including the reasons for any problems encountered and the workarounds and/or solutions.

Support design and operations and planning of Security products within the Customer infrastructure

Responsible for maintaining documentation diagram Incident Reports Root Cause Analysis
