What will I be doing

As a Butler you will be part of the Front Office Team and will be the main connection between the Guest the hotel and the other hotels departments. A Butler Team Member truly influences the first impressions of our Guests and therefore is responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Has to have a comprehensive knowledge of the hotel including services and outlets of all departments.
• Provide assistance and information to all guests in a professional and corteous way.
• Build a rapport with all in-house guests ensure guests are recognized and obtain specific individual preferences (likes/dislikes) in order to maintain guest history and a high level of communication within the department.
• Maintain privacy and security of in-house guests and be continuously proactive in all areas of operation
• Prepare and check the arrival rooms in-house guests and departure rooms as requested
• Thorough knowledge of all in-room services amenities functions systems as well OnQ system
• Fully responsible for the Amenities orders and delivery to the rooms on daily basis
• Coordinate with the laundry department for pressing collection and delivery of our Guests belongings
• Offer packing and unpacking services as requested

It will be advantageous in this position if you demonstrate the following skills and differentials:

• Forbes 5 stars knowledge

• Previous experience in a luxury Hotel
