Program Overview:
The GE Aerospace Experienced Commercial Leadership Program (ECLP) is a best-in-class mid-career leadership program designed to build the next generation of commercial leaders. This structured 3-year program provides three challenging rotational experiences within our Commercial Engines & Services business comprehensive development opportunities executive level mentoring and insightful career coaching. All to protect today optimize tomorrow and enable us to invent the future.
Program Minimum Requirements
To be eligible for consideration candidates at a minimum are required to have:
- A bachelors degree from an accredited university or college preferably in Finance Business Marketing Supply Chain Management or a STEM related field of study
- Between 6-9 years of total working experience within the aerospace defense or power related industries
- Rotations are based in the following commercial hub locations - Cincinnati (USA) London (UK) Dubai (UAE) Shanghai (China) New Delhi (India) Singapore (Singapore) or Taipei (Taiwan) under an in person working arrangement. To be eligible for consideration candidates must be willing to localize at a commercial hub location. GE Aerospace will support individuals in obtaining temporary work authorization as needed for this specific opportunity along with relocation support
- Willingness to travel up to 25% per year to support business needs
- Willingness to be geographically mobile while on program and at time of graduation per business needs

Desirable candidates will be able to demonstrate the ability to:
- Learn at an accelerated pace using prior commercial customer facing technical operational or financial role experiences to drive impact quickly
- Approach development with humility curiosity and a desire to grow professionally and personally
- Navigate ambiguity through leadership agility critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Manage a large work scope using strong project management time management analytical and communication skills
- Break down barriers in a global cross matrixed organization to deliver outcomes for our customers
- Act as role model of the GE Aerospace Behaviors including Respect for People Continuous Improvement and Customer Driven
