Job Description
Technical Project Assistance (m/f/d) - KI2511
Dubai Teilzeit / VollzeitYour tasks
- Administrative Support: Assist the Project Manager with scheduling meetings preparing agendas and recording minutes
- Documentation Management: Maintain and update all project documentation including project plans status reports technical specifications and user manuals. Ensure all documents are accurate and easily accessible
- Task Coordination: Track project tasks and deadlines following up with team members to ensure deliverables are completed on time
- Communication: Facilitate communication between the project team stakeholders and external vendors. Prepare and distribute project updates and reports
- Resource Management: Help monitoring project resources and report any discrepancies
- Risk and Issue Tracking: Assist in identifying and tracking project risks and issues escalating them to the Project Manager when necessary
- Technical Support: provide assistance and support to the project team
Your profile
- Associates or Bachelors degree in a technical field (e.g. Computer Science Information Technology) or business administration
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification is a plus
- Proven experience in a project-based role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Jira Asana Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office Suite
