Job Summary Manager Digital Project Delivery
- Responsible for supporting the successful delivery of digital initiatives within the Digital Guest Experience (DGX) Programme.
- Ensures digital products and services are delivered efficiently effectively and to high standards using agile principles and practices.
- Acts as a bridge between business technology and guest experience teams to ensure user-focused data-driven solutions aligned with the Guest Masterplan.
- Collaborates with multiple stakeholders to scope plan and manage digital product delivery.
- Ensures all deliverables enhance operational efficiency improve customer experience and support long-term digital transformation.
