As a Chef De Partie you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality dishes and maintaining the standards of an elite dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes for various dining experiences at the resort.
- Support the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in menu development food preparation and presentation.
- Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff ensuring all culinary operations run smoothly.
- Maintain consistent food quality and adhere to portion control guidelines.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization in the kitchen adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels including fresh produce and supplies and assist in ordering.
- Stay informed about current culinary trends and incorporate innovative ideas into the menu.
Requirements - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Chef De Partie in fine dining or luxury hotels.
- Strong understanding of cooking techniques and presentation skills.
- Culinary qualification or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Proficient in managing kitchen operations and leading a team.
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings weekends and holidays.
