Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon their arrival
- Assist guests with their luggage and escort them to their accommodations
- Provide information on resort amenities activities and local attractions
- Deliver messages packages and other items to guest rooms as requested
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby and luggage storage areas
- Handle guests requests and concerns promptly and professionally
The Bell Attendant will play a vital role in enhancing the overall guest experience by providing high-quality service and ensuring that guests feel valued and welcomed throughout their stay.
Requirements - Previous experience as a Bell Attendant or in a similar guest service role preferably in a luxury hotel or resort
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and courteous attitude
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina and strength to handle luggage and stand for extended periods
- Knowledge of local attractions and the surrounding area is a plus
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
