Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Software Sales Specialistto join our team atNew Technology System. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise software sales with a proven track record in theSoftware industry excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with clients across C-level and functional stakeholders. Avalid UAE driving licenseis mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drivenew business acquisitionand manage the complete sales cycle for software solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships withinsurance/software companies brokers and third-party administrators (TPAs) in the Middle East.
- Understand client business needs and map them toproduct capabilities and digital transformation opportunities.
- Collaborate with pre-sales delivery and product teams to develop solution proposals demos and presentations.
- Represent New Technology System atindustry events client meetings and solution workshops.
- Prepare and execute account plans sales strategies and revenue forecasts.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum8 years of experiencein enterprise software or IT solution sales.
- At least3 years of experience in the software industry selling ERP solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Excellentpresentation communication and negotiation skills.
- UAE driving license is mandatory.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with ERP systems CRM platforms and digital front-office solutions.
- Experience working withpublic sector or regulatory bodiesin insurance/BFSI is a plus.
- Strong network of industry contacts in the Middle East sector.
