Were looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to embark on a one-year internship program gaining valuable experience in the exciting world of hospitality.
- Assist in daily food and beverage operations including setup service and breakdown of dining areas
- Interact with guests ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Support the team in maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations
- Participate in menu tastings and provide feedback to the culinary team
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- Learn and apply food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth service operations
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance industry knowledge and skills
- Contribute creative ideas for improving guest experiences and operational efficiency
- Assist in planning and executing special events and promotions
Qualifications :
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality Management Culinary Arts or related field
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
- Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Time management and multitasking abilities
- Enthusiasm for learning and growing in the hospitality industry
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
