We are seeking a motivated and analytical Recruitment & Data Analytics Intern to join our dynamic team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both recruitment processes and data-driven decision-making within a corporate environment.
- Assist in various stages of the recruitment process including sourcing screening and scheduling interviews
- Collect clean and analyze recruitment data to identify trends and patterns
- Support the development and maintenance of recruitment metrics and dashboards
- Collaborate with HR team members to optimize recruitment strategies based on data insights
- Assist in the implementation and utilization of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Conduct research on industry hiring trends and best practices
- Participate in projects aimed at improving recruitment efficiency and effectiveness
- Prepare reports and presentations on recruitment analytics
Qualifications :
- A bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Data Science Statistics or related field
- Proficiency in data analysis software such as Excel
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and basic HR processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
- Keen attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Enthusiasm for learning and applying data-driven approaches to recruitment
- Academic projects or coursework related to HR or data analysis preferred
