Requirements
Bachelor s degree in HR or related field
20 years of HR experience (5 in construction/contracting 5 years in managerial position)
Strong HR systems knowledge (Oracle SAP etc.)
Knowledge of UAE labor laws
Strong English skills; Arabic is a plus
Proven leadership and people management skills
